A thirty year-old man is in a critical condition in the Carlos Haya hospital in Málaga after falling about seven metres from a building in calle Rafael Alberti.
The incident occurred at 23:45 on Thursday and Guardia Civil officers from Nerja are investigating to try and ascertain whether the fall was accidental or as the result of being pushed by someone.
At the time of the incident, thirty year-old F.J.N. had been involved in a ‘discussion’ with a family member and was also apparently intoxicated.
The injured man suffered back and spinal injuries in the fall.
